Four shot dead, six injured over land row in Kallar Syedan

Some men gunned down their two uncles, an auntie and one of their daughters over a land dispute in the Samote area in Kallar Syedan Tehsil in the Rawalpindi District on Friday. 

Another six people were injured in the shooting incident. According to details, some men opened fire on their uncles and their families in the Dhoke Mirzayan Village in the Samote Union Council, leaving four people dead at the scene. The injured were taken to hospital for medical help. 

According to reports, the victims had a land dispute with their cousin Karamat Hussain and this dispute culminated in a bloody fight on Friday when Karamat Hussain’s sons opened indiscriminate fire on his father’s cousins and their family members.
