The National Accountability Court has once again summoned former Wapda chairman Lt Gen (retd) Muzammil Hussain in an alleged graft case, reported 24NewsHd TV channel Thursday.
The anti-corruption body has sent another notice to the former Wapda chairman summoning him on June 20 for an inquiry into alleged corruption in the Tarbela extension project.
According to the NAB inquiry, Hussain is involved in the illegal use of Tarbela extension project funds.
NAB in its notice said that Muzammil Hussain was summoned earlier for the inquiry in the alleged graft scam but he failed to respond.
“We are sending again summons to you for inquiry in the NAB office,’ read the notice.
The former Wapda chairman has been asked to appear before NAB in its offices on June 20 at 3:00pm.
