Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) Director General (DG) Dr Ashraf Tahir has become the highest-paid officer in the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
The cabinet committee has approved Rs2 million monthly salary for Dr Ashraf Tahir.
His monthly salary has increased many times more than the Punjab chief secretary.
Earlier, Dr Ashraf Tahir’s salary was Rs1.5 million.
