A well-known Dubai businessman, Umar Farooq, bought precious Toshakhana gifts, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.
The gifts were bought by Dubai businessman Umar Farooq for $2 million. Imran Khan sold the precious watch, ring and other gifts he received from the Saudi Crown Prince as Prime Minister in 2019.
Umar Farooq said in 2019, he was approached by Imran Khan's accountability adviser Shahzad Akbar and later Bushra Bibi's close friend Farah Khan visited him.
"Farah's demand was $500,000 but we bought all the gifts for $200,000 and paid Farah Gogi in cash," Umar Farooq said.
Recently, the Election Commission of Pakistan disqualified Imran Khan for concealing these gifts.
