A police constable Friday shot dead his senior after an altercation at the police station in Gujranwala, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The police said that constable Younas fired shots at Sub-Inspector Shafiq after a heated debate, injuring him critically.He was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed.
The constable Younas used his official weapon and fled from the scene after committing the crime.
Police high-ups reached the spot as soon as they were informed.
