Former opposition leader Raja Riaz Saturday joined the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Raja joined the PML-N during his meeting with the party leadership in London, saying he has full confidence in the party and the leadership of Nawaz Sharif.

Before the meeting, he said that Nawaz Sharif’s return, general elections and other political matters will be discussed. Important decisions will be taken in the next few days, he maintained.

Ex-PM Nawaz Sharif will return to Pakistan next month, the party announced earlier. 

 

The election will be held in February, Raja said, stressing that he 'gave February 15 as election date earlier and it will be a week before or after that date'.
