Three advisers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan resigned Saturday, reported 24 News HD TV channel.

KP CM’s Special Assistant on Energy Himayat Ullah and Special Assistant on Excise and Taxation Ghazan Jamal resigned hour after the resignation of Adviser to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Science and Technology and Information Technology Ziaullah Bangash.

Sources said KP CM was not happy with the performance of both Himayat Ullah and Gjazan Jamal.

Bangash tendered his resignation to Chief Minister Mahmood Khan citing some important work he has to do in his constituency.

In a tweet, the PTI MPA confirmed the news and said, “Submitted my resignation from post of Advisor to CM KP. Some unavoidable circumstances in my constituency have forced me to take this step.”

In his resignation letter, he wrote, “I have a lot of responsibilities and I want to keep up to expectations of people of my constituency and I want to focus on it. Please accept my resignation.”

He had also served as MPA from May 2013 to May 2018. Bangash was re-elected to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly on PTI seat from constituency PK-82 (Kohat-III) in 2018 general election.
