Noted actress Alizeh Shah has been accused of beating actress Minsa Malik, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.
Minsa Malik moved the federal capital police, alleging that Shah beat her with shoes on the set of an upcoming play and threw a burning cigarette of hashish on her in front of everyone.
The incident occurred on the set of an upcoming drama serial, Olad and Nand.
She claimed Shah was under the influence of a drug and her act brought the shooting to a halt.
She told the police that Shah threaten her with consequences if she speaks about the incident.
