Islamabad High Court restrained Islamabad police and other departments from arrest of Shehryar Afridi and Shandana Gulzar in any other case on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Both the leaders of PTI reached their homes in Islamabad after their release orders from the IHC.
According to the channel report, the court suspended the arrest orders under 3-MPO till August 28 and directed the police to release them. Further hearing of the case will be held on August 28.
Justice Babar Sattar also stopped Shehryar Afridi and Shandana Gulzar from going out of Islamabad till the next hearing and both will not give any statement to the media.
The court ordered Inspector General (IG) Islamabad and Chief Commissioner Islamabad will be responsible for the security of Afridi and Shandana.
