Former Pakistan Test captain and legendary batsman Javed Miandad has said he is absolutely fine, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Friday.
Taking to Twitter, he penned that “I am absolutely fine Alhamdullilah. I came for a medical checkup after having low blood pressure. Thanks for all your prayers.”
Earlier, it was reported that he was admitted to a hospital in Karachi after he "suddenly collapsed".
Interestingly in the earlier Tweet, he dismissed all news about his health deterioration, saying that he's absolutely fine.
He denied that he was "seriously ill" and was under observation at a private hospital in Karachi.
"I have heard that this news [about my health] has surfaced everywhere. I want to let everyone know there's nothing like that," he said in a video message.
