Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission (AJK EC) Chief Abdul Rashid Sulehria on Saturday chided the administration for not registering the case against Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Ali Amin Gandapur.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the Chief Election Commissioner of AJK on Saturday held a special meeting in which the administration of Dadyal including Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Police, and other officials participated.
In the meeting, Abdul Rashid Sulehria while reprimanded the officers for not registering a case against the Federal Minister Ali Amin Gandapur advised registering the case immediately.
During the meeting, the officials told the election commissioner that though the case was not registered yet, a statement of an eyewitness had been recorded about distributing money to bribe people in the upcoming Kashmir elections on July 25, 2021.
