The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Monday submitted its reply in the Lahore High Court (LHC) on the petition filed against the inclusion of names of the children of Farah Gogi, PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi’s friend, in the Exit Control List (ECL), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza of the LHC sought a reply from the interior ministry on the next hearing.
The FIA, in its reply, said it had nothing to do with putting the names of the petitioners, Faraz Iqbal Jameel and Iman Jameel, Farah’s children, on the ECL.
Making the federal government, interior ministry, FIA and others respondents in the case, the petitioners said that their parents were away from the country, and their names had been put on the ECL only to politically victimize them.
