Bannu Cantt attack martyrs laid to rest with full military honours

Eight security personnel who embraced martyrdom during a suicide attack by terrorists on Bannu Cantonment have been laid to rest with full military honours in their native towns, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

A large number of senior officers of Pakistan Army, soldiers, families of martyrs and elders of the area attended the funeral prayers and burial of the martyrs.

In a statement, the ISPR said these great sacrifices of the martyrs will no go in vain. It said that the war against terrorism will continue until it is completely eradicated from the country.

Meanwhile, two security personnel who embraced martyrdom during a terrorist attack in Dera Ismail Khan were laid to rest in their native towns with full military honour.

Senior officers of Pakistan Army, soldiers, family members of martyrs and elders of the area participated in the funeral prayers and burial.

In a statement, the ISPR said the sacrifices of our martyrs further strengthen our resolve in the war against terrorism.
