The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has finalized the budget for the forthcoming Champions Trophy slated to happen in the country next year in February, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to sources, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and CEO Salman Naseer are set to travel to Colombo on July 18.
The budget, prepared in consultation with the International Cricket Council (ICC) and PCB, will be presented for approval on July 22.
Sources confirmed that the budget approval is the sole agenda item for the upcoming meeting.
There will be no discussion on the hybrid model or any other formula, and the agenda will not include any topics related to additional or contingency budgets.
Additionally, an ICC delegation is expected to visit Pakistan in October to review the arrangements for the Champions Trophy.
