Lahore Police has registered a case against the firing at the house of former Governor Punjab Latif Khosa, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Friday.
Former Punjab governor and senior lawyer Latif Khosa remained safe while his diver sustained bullet wounds when unidentified armed men opened fire on his house in the Defence area of Lahore late Thursday night.
Latif Khosa claimed that some unidentified persons opened fire at his residence which was so intense that bullets penetrated the main gate and hit the cars parked inside the house due to which his driver got injured.
On Friday evening, the DHA police station registered a case against the unidentified armed men at the request of the PPP senior politician Latif Khosa.
According to FIR, the main door of Latif Khosa's house and his car were damaged by the firing of unknown suspects.
