The Margalla fire that has created chaos and tension turned out to be lit by two TikTokers as their videos started surfacing on the social networking websites, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

Now Islamabad Wildlife Board has identified both the youth and vowed to take action against them.

Islamabad Wildlife Board officials said that the TikTokers made these videos only to gain some likes, shares and views. They proposed strict penalties on fire spread in forests in the line of Australia’s law where violators get life imprisonment.

Reena Saeed, chairperson of the Islamabad Wildlife Board, said that wildlife boards are now looking for the two TikTokers as their video has surfaced spreading fire on Margalla Hills in Islamabad.

In another horrific video, a female TikToker made a video in front of the burning forest in a modern dress in the backdrop of the song Pasoori.
