The price of solar panels has increased again in Lahore and the price of 7 to 15 kilowatt system has increased from Rs25,000 to Rs50,000, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Moreover, the market recorded an increase in prices by Rs6 per watt.
The seven kilowatt system will now cost Rs850,000 with an increase of Rs25,000 while the new price of 10 kW system has been increased from Rs1.15 million to Rs1.2 million.
The price of 12 kilowatt system was fixed at Rs1.45 million with an increase of Rs50000 while the cost of 15 kilowatt system has been fixed at Rs1.6 million.
All on-grid solar systems are priced while going to a hybrid system will cost extra for batteries.
