At least one person was killed while many others were injured in a cylinder explosion in Karachi on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The cylinder was exploded on the sixth floor of a building in the Lyari area of Karachi.
The injured including women and children were rushed to a nearby hospital.
