The Supreme Court of Pakistan has dismissed petitions against the reconduct of MDCAT test in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Sindh, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Supreme Court on Friday upheld the High Court's decision to reconduct the MDCAT test in KP and Sindh.
The Peshawar High Court had declared the provincial government's authority to re-conduct the MDCAT test on the basis of transcripts.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi heard the case.
