A religious-cum-political party in Pakistan, the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) will hold all political parties' National Palestine Conference in Islamabad on Tuesday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, JI Information Secretary Qaiser Sharif said leaders of national political and religious parties and human rights representatives will participate in the conference.
He said JI chief Siraj-ul-Haq will preside over the conference in which a joint declaration will be presented in the context of the current situation in Gaza and Palestine.
In a statement issued from the JI headquarters, Mansoora in Lahore, he said that the leaders of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI), Awami National Party (ANP), Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) and other parties have been invited.
He said that the JI head would give suggestions and future plans for the liberation of the Holy Land and Al-Aqsa Mosque at the National Palestine Conference.
