Versatile Pakistani actress Atiqa Odho appeared as a guest on Ahmed Ali Butt's podcast 'Excuse Me with Ahmed Ali Butt' where she talked about the recent deteriorating situation in Pakistan.

During the conversation with the host, Atiqa Odho said, “You know, Ahmed, I tear up when I see this country. My kids were born and raised here. I am angry and upset, and I will not apologize for it. Nobody has the right to do what they are doing to our country; it’s as basic and simple as that.

"I have spent a lifetime serving this country. I am just a drop in the ocean, but I have worked for my country in whatever capacity. I have done a lot for this country, in whatever field I worked in. I have served my country.

"I am 56, and I have been working since I was 18. I am not afraid to share my opinion. Everyone has contributed to the problems this country faces—every influential person, the public, and the political elites.

"Everybody is responsible for where we are now. Not just politicians and the public, but everyone has let us down. Our children, our country, our own people have destroyed this country.”
