The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Sunday held a hybrid session of its parliamentary board for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), with PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari leading the proceedings, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
Prominent figures present at the parliamentary board meeting included Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani, Faisal Karim Kundi, Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha, and Rubina Khalid.
The meeting also saw the participation of the central president of PPP's Women's Wing Faryal Talpur.
The gathering aimed to streamline the party's strategy for the upcoming elections and foster a transparent and inclusive process for candidate selection.
During the session, the PPP's parliamentary board discussed the qualifications and eligibility criteria of candidates aspiring to contest elections on the party's ticket in KP.
The exchange of ideas focused on evaluating the capabilities and potential of the candidates to ensure the selection of competent representatives.
