A PIA flight fire warning in a Lahore-bound PIA plane sparked panic among passengers at the Karachi airport, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
The aircraft was about to take off when a passenger noticed that smoke was billowing.
He informed the crew about it, a spokesperson said, adding that all the passengers were offloaded and the plane was inspected.
The incident triggered panic among the passengers who later refused to travel on the same flight. Of 328, 64 refused to get in the flight.
