In view of the Taliban terrorist attack on Karachi Police Office, the authorities have bolstered the security for the sixth match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) being played between Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings at the National Stadium tonight, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
There will be strict security in place well before the match as 8,000 policemen, 1,000 SSU personnel and women police officers will be deployed.
Both teams will be taken to the National Stadium at 5:00 pm surrounded by tight security layers.
As a part of the security plan, the road leader to National Stadium from Hassan Square will remain closed for traffic.
There will neither be any change in the schedule of the today’s match nor the PSL8 schedule will be altered.
