The US dollar Tuesday gained 26 paisas against Pakistani rupee to reach Rs176.18 at the closing time of the inter-bank trading, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
As per the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the US dollar gained 26 paisas against the Pakistani rupee.
The previous close of the US dollar was Rs175.92 and after an increase of 26 paisas it reached and closed Rs176.18.
With a fresh rise of 0.23 per cent, the rupee has depreciated by 11.86% (or Rs18.69) since the start of the current fiscal year on July 1, 2021, data released by the central bank revealed.
