Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf founder Imran Khan on Wednesday asserted that societal progress is impossible without justice, reinforcing the pivotal role that fairness plays in national development, reported the 24NewsHd TV channel

Talking to the media at Adiala Jail, during a hearing of his case, Imran drew attention to the Quranic verses highlighting the negative consequences of aligning with hypocrisy and standing against virtues.

Quoting verses from the Quran, he also underlined the importance of promoting societal good and preventing wrongdoings.

Former PTI chairman said that the top and second tier leadership of PTI has been removed from the political arena and his party’s election symbol bat has been snatched.

“They are still afraid because people cannot be stopped,” he said and added that he has a “Plan C” up his sleeves and another plan as well. He added that the party would give a shocker on the voting day on Feb 8 and that the opponents were afraid of it.

Criticizing the Supreme Court, he said the apex court snatched his party’s electoral symbol. “PTI candidates will now contest the elections independently, each with distinctive electoral symbols. The party also forfeited the right to reserve seats for women and minorities.

He lamented that the process of software update is carried out against our leaders. They have become specialists in updating software, he added.

He asserted that the Vigo vehicles pick up our party workers and then leave them after updating their software.

As February 8 approaches, Imran Khan hinted at a spectacle, suggesting an unexpected turn of events.

He vowed to continue resisting submission to tyranny and pledged to fight against servitude.

Imran Khan also questioned Nawaz Sharif's silence, speculating that Sharif's acceptance of servitude might be the reason behind his quiet demeanor.

He also speculated about Nawaz Sharif's potential return to London post-elections.

He expressed commitment to principles of accountability and law, asserting that Pakistan cannot progress without them.

Imran Khan expressed gratitude for being "free" from mobile phone.

This newfound liberty has allowed him to relax and engage in physical exercise.

“The people have to decide whether they want to be a slave or a free nation. This war is a war of freedom. Do we always have to be slaves to the powerful? Slavery has no future,” he maintained.

He framed the current struggle as a war for freedom and asserted that slavery holds no promise for the future.

He encouraged the people to reject the shackles of subservience and embrace the ideals of freedom.

Imran Khan also touched upon the controversial National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) and its role in uniting political forces under the PDM. PTI founder Khan firmly rejected any alliance or collaboration with those seeking NRO.

Addressing a lingering accusation, Khan reiterated that he was not implicated in the Panama Papers scandal. But the government implicated him in fake corruption cases, he added.
