As per the latest report, Indian actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer husband Kannaur Lokesh Rahul became the proud owner of a luxurious apartment in the posh Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai: however, luckily, due to the apartment, the couple has become an immediate neighbor of some of the renowned stars in the industry, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan with his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and his ladylove, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri, among others, who also own homes in Bandra.  

The property registration documents were reviewed by IndexTap.com, which stated that Athiya and KL Rahul had paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore.

Athiya and KL Rahul registered the property on July 15, 2024. The posh property in Pali Hill, Bandra, Mumbai, is almost about 3,350 sq ft. The property is situated on the second floor of the Sandhu Palace building, which has a total of 18 floors. Moreover, the building has a partial occupation certificate from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). In addition, the apartment includes parking space for up to four cars. According to the documents, apart from the stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore, they also paid a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the property.
