A bomb blast near a basic health unit damaged its building but there were no other casualties in Kohlu on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The blast partially damaged the health unit building localed in the Neeli area of Tehsil Mawand in Kohlu, said sources in the Levies force.
The sources further said the militants wanted to target the health facility. The Levies personnel also recovered a suspicious bag from the site.
