Qalandars, Sultans set to cross swords in PSL final tonight

Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans, the two heavyweights of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 8, are set to cross swords in the final tonight.

The match between the two teams will be played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. It will start at 7:00 PM.

Belligerent Lahore Qalandars have played 10 matches in PSL season 8 so far, and they remained victorious in seven of them.

In Eliminator 2, Lahore Qalandars beat Peshawar Zalmi by four wickets to reach PSL final. They rank first on the PSL points table with 14 points.

On the other hand, Multan Sultans are known for their power hitting skills and intimidating bowling attack.

The Sultans too have played 10 matches in PSL season 8 so far, and they have gained victory in six of them.

Multan Sultans had defeated Lahore Qalandars in the Qualifier to reach the PSL final. They rank second on the points table with 12 points.

A tough competition is expected between the two PSL heavyweights, for both sides are determined to carry the day.
