An earthquake hit the Swat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its surroundings on Sunday,
According to the seismological centre, a 4.6-magnitude quake was felt in the KP areas.
The tremor triggered panic among locals who rushed out of their homes for safety.
Its epicentre was reported in the mountainous region along the border of Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, with a depth of 188 kilometres underground.
