The Punjab Assembly has unanimously passed a resolution against Israeli aggression in Palestine.
According to 24NewsHD, the House also adopted the Punjab Compulsory Teaching of the Holy Quran (Amendment) Bill-2018.
Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Parvez Elahi praises PML-N’s efforts for the religious education bill. The speaker said the PML-N had enacted legislation to teach the Holy Quran from 6th to 12th class with translation which was commendable.
Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Parvez Elahi while talking about the Bill appreciated the efforts of the previous government of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) in this regard.
The speaker said the PML-N had enacted legislation to teach the Holy Quran from 6th to 12th class with translation which was commendable.
During the session, Punjab Law Minister Raja Basharat and the Parliamentary Secretary acknowledged the inactivity of the Aab Pak Authority.
