Child dies after falling into manhole at Lahore hospital

A three-year-old kid Basim died after falling into a manhole due to negligence and inefficiency of management of Children Hospital in Lahore on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The child, who came from Chunian, was admitted to Children Hospital just two days ago.
The parents of the child said that their child fell into the manhole accidentally and later the police handed over the dead body of the child to his parents under section 174.
It is necessary to mention here that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif took notice of the incident and sought a detailed report.
