India easily beat England in high-scoring in warm-up match

India defeated England by seven wickets in their first warm-up match of the ICC T20 World Cup on Monday.

Earlier, Indian captain Virat Kohli decided to field first. England team managed to post 188/5 in their 20 overs.

India took five wickets to restrict England below 200, with batters, Jason Roy scoring 17 runs.  Jos Butler and David Malan made 18 runs each.

Mohammed Shami picked up three wickets, Bhuveneshwar Kumar and Rahul Chahar bagged one wicket each.

Ishan Kishan blasted 70 runs off 46 balls. KL Rahul supported him well on the other end and scored quickfire 51 runs off 24 balls.

Virat Kohli managed to score 11 runs. While, Risabh Pant and Hardik Pandya remained unbeaten on 29 and 12 runs, respectively. India completed the gigantic total in the 19, claiming victory with seven wickets in hand

The match is being played at ICC Academy ground in Dubai.
