Interior Minister congratulates nation for holding successful SCO summit

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has congratulated Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and the nation for holding successful summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Mohsin Naqvi appreciated the exemplary role of all concerned institutions including Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Information, police and CDA officers and officials. Interior Minister also paid tribute to Pakistan Army, Islamabad Police, Rangers, FC for foolproof arrangements. He lauded Chairman CDA and IG Islamabad Police. Mohsin Naqvi said the whole team worked hard together and gave excellent results. The SCO summit has improved the image of Pakistan at the global level.

Mohsin Naqvi said holding a major international conference in Pakistan after a long time was a reflection of the successful foreign policy of the government. He said Pakistan's economic, political and diplomatic relations with guest countries will improve besides increase in trade and investment opportunities.
