The Oil Tankers Contractors Association (OTCA) has stopped oil supply to the whole country as part of the strike that, what the association said, will continue till the acceptance of demands, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

“The oil tankers should be given quota from the white pipeline and fares should be increased,” OTCA President Abidullah Afridi demanded.

“We are businessmen, and we pay taxes to the government. We remained silent for five years in the interest of the country,” he said.

“We also presented our issues to the authorities concerned. We are peaceful people and have nothing to do with rioters and vandals,” he added.
