A full-court Supreme Court bench led by the newly appointed Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Qazi Faez Isa will hear a set of petitions challenging the SC Practice and Procedure Act, 2023 tomorrow, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The implementation of the SC (Practice and Procedure) Act, 2023 was suspended on April 13 by an order of an eight-judge Supreme Court bench, headed by now-retired CJP Umar Ata Bandial.
On his first day at the helm of SC affairs, Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa-led full court will take up the petitions challenging the SC (Practice and Procedure) Act, 2023 tomorrow. It is expected that the bench may vacate the suspension order.
When the law was suspended, Justice Bandial had observed that the court had great respect for the Parliament but it also had to examine if any constitutional deviation, violation or transgression had taken place while enacting the SC (Practice and Procedure) Bill, 2023.
Live court proceedings expected

According to sources, arrangements are being reviewed to present the proceedings live on the PTV.
