Famous YouTuber-turned-influencer Shahveer Jafry has been facing backlash on micro-blogging platform Twitter over domestic abuse video
The netizens declared it domestic violence towards his wife.
One of the social users wrote, “41.3k likes on a video where Tiktoker, Shahveer Jafry, chokes his wife as a joke in a country where domestic violence is rampant and women actually get killed by their husbands! My blood is boiling,” wrote a user.

Another user added, “I don’t care if Shahveer's wife consented to everything. It basically means both of them have 0 brain cells. Such stunts are extremely insensitive considering the type of country we live in and especially for someone who has so much influence.”
Recently, Jafry shared a video of his wife Ayesha Baig while she was sleeping on a Sofa.
In a funny way, he portrayed himself as fed up with his wife and she had become a headache for him.
Taking advantage of her sleep, Jafry pushed a cushion on her face and pressed it to stifle her breathing.
But as she removed the comforter from her face Jafry came to know that her face was on the other side.
He then feeling awkward immediately changed into a kind and loving husband and put the cushion beneath Ayesha's head and kissed her on forehead.
Later while going he slapped his head in frustration.
It is pertinent to mention here that Shahveer Jafry is included in the list of most notable Pakistani influencers, having millions of followers over his social media handles as well as more than three million subscribers on YouTube.
Shahveer Jafry tied the knot with designer Ayesha Baig two years back on October 25 2021.
