Where many celebrities and social media activists supported Shaniera amid latest controversy, actress Ayesha Omer and model Fia Khan also took to their social media handles and backed Shaniera for her concern about the safety of children.
"I cannot stress the importance of seat belts enough. For yourselves and your children and every human riding in a car, it SAVES LIVES," Ayesah Omar said.
She thanked Shaniera for raising her voice over the matter
Further, sharing an Instagram story she shared her experience regarding the matter that 7 years ago today she went through a terrible car accident due to which her 4 bones in her upper body were broken even though she was not sitting in the front seat. She told that she was sitting in the back seat and also wearing a seatbelt that’s why she wouldn’t have suffered much injuries.
She told that since that day she never sit in the car without wearing a seat belt and also asks others to do the same.
On the other hand, model Fia Khan thanked Ayesha and Shaniera for speaking up on this matter.
She is also thankful to the Berlin government as she was born and grew up in Berlin where there was no concept of not wearing seat belts shared her 2013 car accident experience with the netizens that she and her daughter had a terrible accident at Sherpao Bridge Lahore, Pakistan.
“Cut short, the car overturned several times and we landed upside down on the opposite side of the road. If we wouldn’t have been wearing the belts, trust me! We would have been out of the windscreen and maybe down the bridge”, wrote Fia.
