Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has confirmed that the number of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) persons has now reduced from 208 to 54, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Talking to the media outside of the courtroom after a hearing, Ali Amin Gandapur alleged the rest of the people are in some police stations or in hospitals.
“It is good that the number has reduced and I pray that the rest of the missing people are also well,” Ali Amin Gandapur said.
He said the founder of PTI said asked to start civil disobedience move from Sunday.
“I am the Chief Minister and I have to say what is right”, Ali Amin Gandpur said.
“The leader of my party is behind bars. So I am also running the party and I have to make many decisions,” he said.
Ali Amin Gandapur said in the first phase an attempt should be made to stop remittances.
He added: “Hopefully, the current situation has forced everyone to think.
“Let's go beyond all the excesses that have been committed and now find a solution to the problem.”
