In a harrowing incident, a man in a suburban village of Shikarpur killed his cousin only because she owned a cellphone, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Police said that on seeing a cellphone in Anila Bhutto’s hand, Zulfiqar Bhutto first brutally tortured her before shooting her dead.
Police further said that the suspect managed to escape after committing the crime.
The Force informed that the body had been shifted to Civil Hospital for the post-mortem, while raids were being conducted for the arrest of the assassin.
