Areas including Babusar Top, Thore Top, Gitti Das, and Nanga Parbat in the Diamer district witnessed a thick blanket of snow, while lower altitudes were greeted with intense rainfall accompanied by dark clouds and thunderstorms.
Abbottabad and the picturesque Galyat Valley came alive with vibrant colours as snowfall delighted tourists of all ages, creating a festive atmosphere filled with laughter and joy.
The allure of the snow-covered landscapes attracted a significant number of tourists, with people engaging in snowball fights and revelling in the wintry ambience.
In Nathia Gali, tourists were seen enjoying activities such as dancing amidst the snow, while on the Mall Road, some experienced slippery conditions leading to minor incidents. Additionally, traffic congestion was observed in the area.
Meanwhile, in Abbottabad, road closures were implemented due to the heavy snowfall, adding to the winter charm of the region.
