Pakistani man arrested in London for hurling threats at PM Shehbaz

A man who hurled threats at Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on social media was arrested in London on Saturday evening. 

According to 24NewsHD, accused Gulfam had allegedly warned key people of the Sharif family of consequences on social media. 

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khurram Butt confirmed Gulfam’s arrest and said that London’s Metropolitan Police took timely action and arrested Gulfam in Central London. He said that further investigation is under way. 

According to the report, the accused would make TikTok videos, hurling threats and abuses at the Sharif family.
