Sindh, Islamabad closes business centres again at 9 pm

To control the electricity shortage, the Islamabad administration and Sindh government once again issued orders to close business centres and shopping malls at 9 pm from today (Tuesday).
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Sindh government has issued a notification to close markets at 9 pm but hospitals, medical stores, milk shops, bakeries, petrol pumps, and puncture shops will be exempted.
The notification has been issued by the Sindh Home Department and said wedding ceremonies will be allowed to continue till 10:30 pm while restaurants, hotels, theatres, gyms, cinemas and entertainment venues will remain open until 11:30 pm.
As per the notification, the decision is applicable for one month with immediate effect and the violators will be dealt with according to the law.
Pertinent to mention here that earlier in the middle of June, the Sindh government had issued orders to close the business at 10 pm, but the ban was lifted at the request of traders on the eve of Eid.
Regarding this, Islamabad Deputy Commissioner Irfan Nawaz Memon has also announced that the relaxation in business closing hours has ended today (Tuesday).
so, Islamabad Deputy Commissioner has requested the business community to close the business from today again at 9 pm. He added that the dining time in the restaurant is fixed till 11:30 pm.
