At least four laborers died in a gas cylinder blast in New Saidabad of district Matiari, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.  

According to rescue sources, the blast, involving an ammonium gas cylinder, occurred at an ice factory while workers were carrying out their daily tasks.

The explosion claimed the lives of three individuals on the spot, with one critically injured worker succumbing to injuries after being rescued by local residents and rushed to a nearby hospital.

The news of the tragedy spread quickly, causing panic and chaos in the area.

The police are investigating the cause of the blast.
