A plan of the banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) to carry out terrorist attacks on key government and military figures including Maryam Nawaz and Rana Sanaullah has been unearthed.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the internal organisation sources confirmed the plan of conducting terror attacks on government figures and military installations and personalities.
The sources said for that purpose, a group of two suicide bombers entered Punjab that will hold activities along with the miscreants.
The sources said the banned terrorist group's targets include PML-N Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, among others.
According to sources, the outlawed organisation also intends to assault law enforcement cars and checkpoints. According to sources, a gang of two suicide bombers has invaded Punjab.
According to the sources, an influential leader of the outlawed group praised the activities of May 9 in his declaration released on May 11 and promised complete assistance to miscreants in carrying out terrorist strikes on the army and other organisations in future.
In a May declaration, the TTP chief congratulated miscreants on their violent attacks on Pak army installations and said they should come into the field with arms for getting real freedom and revolution.
It was also given a misleading incentive to the May 9 miscreants that TTP terrorists are standing side by side with them against the Pakistan Army and their affiliated institutions.
The leader of TTP also assured his full support for terrorism against the army and other institutions in his declaration.
The Channel said this shows that there is a close relationship between the miscreants and the TTP in creating chaos, terrorism and creating a law and order situation in the country which is very shameful, condemnable and disturbing.
