A policeman embraced martyrdom after being hit by gunfire in Peshawar capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, unidentified gunmen attacked him on Warsak Road.
He was on his way home after duty when he had the tragedy, SSP operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi said.
Police personnel reached the spot and launched a hunt for the killers after registering the case.
