The Medical Board Hyderabad has released the final postmortem report of minor girl Fatima who was murdered in Khairpur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.  

According to the postmortem report, Fatima was subjected to torture due to which she died. “Fatima's death is not natural but due to violence,” the postmortem report revealed.

The report further says that due to severe torture on the head and chest, the heart stopped and she died.

The final postmortem report was released with the signs of Prof Zakiuddin Ahmad and other members.

The 10-year-old Fatima had died in the Haveli of Pir Asad Shah and the video of her tragic death also went viral on social media.
