The bandits in the Kacha area of the Shikarpur district left their hideouts to escape arrest as the law enforcement agencies launched an operation to clean the area.
A total of 200 police personnel and 30 rangers joined hands to purge the outlaws from the area.
A joint march and search operation of police and Rangers is underway, Shikarpur SSP Khalid Mustafa Korai said, adding that the operation is being supervised by the high-ups.
The police officer said the lawmen are committed to maintaining the writ of the state to restore peace and a sense of security among the locals.
He added that the law will take its course and outlaws will be brought to book at all costs
