Golden tabby tiger dies at Karachi Zoo

The golden tabby tiger died in Karachi Zoo on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the details, the tiger had been suffering from serious illness for the past 20 days, and the zoo staff did not attended to the tiger for three days out of sheer negligence.
The normal age of a golden tabby tiger ranges from 20 to 25 years, whereas, the dead tiger was reported to be 12 to 13 years old.
The post-mortem of the tiger was carried out to know the reasons behind its death.
It is to be noted that a pair of golden tabby tigers was imported from Africa in 2012, and it was kept in Safari Park.
After a year and a half, the female tabby tiger had lost its life.
After the death of the tigress, the golden tabby tiger was sent to Karachi Zoo.
After the huge loss, the administration had suspended the director and other staff members of the zoo.
