Dacoits killed a trader on the National Highway in Ubauro tehsil of Ghotki district in Sindh when the latter offered resistance to them, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Arif Jaat, who belonged to Faisalabad.
His body was shifted to Tehsil Hospital Daharki for the post-mortem.
Police said that the area had been sealed off for the arrest of dacoits.
